2 large baked potatoes 2 Tbs. butter 2 Tbs. hot milk salt and pepper 6 Tbs. grated cheese
1. Cut potatoes lengthwise into halves, scoop out inside and mash.
2. Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy.
3. Refill shells and brown in 400-degree oven.
4. Garnish with parsley.
