2 cups fresh asparagus cut in 2" lengths 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 oz mushrooms, sliced 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 1 3-oz. can French fried onion rings
1. Place a layer of asparagus on bottom of buttered casserole dish.
2. Pour soup over asparagus.
3. Next add mushrooms and half the cheese.
4. Add second layer of asparagus and end with a layer of cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
6. Sprinkle onion rings on top and return to oven for 5 minutes more.
