8 oz cream cheese 12 oz shredded mozzarella 1 C. mayonnaise 1 C. grated parmesan 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (13 oz. total) 2 bags pita bread
1. Drain artichokes well and tear apart.
2. Cut pita bread into chip size triangles, separate and bake on a cookie sheet until crispy (approx 5 minutes).
3. Combine remaining ingredients in food processor.
4. Bake uncovered in casserole dish for approx 30 minutes at 350º F or until bubbly.
5. Serve hot out of the oven and scoop up dip with pita bread.
