1 1/2 cup butter 3 cups flour 2 cups brown sugar 2 jars apricot filling 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 3 cups oatmeal
1. Combine butter and brown sugar with fork; add flour, salt, baking soda and oatmeal.
2. Press 2/3 of mixture on bottom of cookie sheet.
3. Heat filling with a little water.
4. Spread over oatmeal mix. Top with remainder of oatmeal mixture.
5. Bake at 375-degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into squares.
