2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon angostura
2 unpeeled cored apples, cut into eighths
1. Place all ingredients in the blender in order given (milk and eggs should be at room temperature).
2. Blend thoroughly on medium speed.
3. Pour into a partially baked pastry shell.
4. Bake at 325-degrees for 40 minutes.
