2 pounds cod, fresh or frozen 1/4 cup onion flakes 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup chicken or fish stock 3 medium sized apples, sliced 6 oz tomato sauce 3/4 cup water 2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. Place cod in shallow baking dish.
2. Cook onion flakes, garlic and stock on saucepan until flakes are soft. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Spoon over fish; cover.
4. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes, or until flish flakes easily.
