2 pounds boneless pork loin roast 1 cloves garlic 1 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard 1 1/2 cups apple butter 1 tablespoon caraway seeds 1/2 teaspoon thyme
1. Rub roast with garlic and mustard.
2. Spread roast with 1/2 cup of apple butter.
3. Sprinkle top with caraway seeds and thyme.
4. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
5. Roast uncovered at 300-degrees for 1 hour per pound of meat.
6. Baste frequently with pan juices and remaining apple butter.
