3 cups low-fat strawberry ice cream, softened
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup Amaretto
whole fresh strawberries (optional)
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
2. Pour into champagne glasses, and garnish with whole strawberries, if desired.
3. Serve immediately.
