3 cups cooked rice
3 cups green beans, frozen
2 ounces sliced pimentos, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. In a large baking dish, combine rice, green beans, pimentos, onion, and green bell pepper; mix well.
2. Sprinkle turkey over rice mixture in casserole. Mix soup with water and pour over all.
3. Bake casserole, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly browned.
